The Educational Programs Coordinator is responsible for the planning, implementation, and management of educational programs within the organization. This role requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including educators, administrators, and community members, to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational experiences. The coordinator will oversee program logistics, develop curriculum materials, and assess program effectiveness to promote continuous improvement.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design and develop educational programs aligned with organizational objectives and target audience needs.
- Oversee the execution of educational programs, ensuring smooth delivery and adherence to established timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for program participants, providing information, support, and guidance throughout their engagement.
- Foster a positive learning environment and facilitate interactive sessions to encourage active participation.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships to support the organization’s educational objectives.
- Collect feedback from participants, analyze data, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of program activities, including attendance, evaluations, and other relevant data.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on program outcomes, achievements, and challenges for internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of trends, developments, and best practices in education and related fields.
- Continuously assess program offerings and explore opportunities for innovation, adaptation, and expansion to meet evolving needs and preferences.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in education.
- 3+ Years of program coordination experience.
